1. Who We Are

ZeitPass (“ZeitPass”, “we”, “our”) is an early-stage pilot project created and operated by Sivram Dhevarajan as an individual founder. ZeitPass is not yet a registered company.

2. Nature of the Pilot

ZeitPass is currently offered as a pilot program. This means:

• Features and services are limited and experimental.

• The digital platform is not final and may contain errors, delays, or incomplete functionality.

• Experiences offered are limited in number and may change at short notice.

• Operations (such as booking confirmations) may be handled manually.

Participation in the pilot gives you early access at a discounted rate, in exchange for your patience and feedback.

 

3. Membership and Payment

• Pilot plans are offered at discounted “Founding Member Pilot Prices”:

  • Solo: €14.5

  • Social: €24.5

  • Select: €39.5

• Payment is collected in advance via Stripe.

• Memberships run for one pilot cycle (approx. one month). There are no automatic renewals.

• Renewal may be offered manually at the end of the pilot month.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Before the pilot start date: If you cancel, your payment will be refunded in full.

• After the pilot has begun: No refunds or credits are given, even if you do not use all of your booking accesses.

• End of pilot: No refunds or credits are given for unused accesses.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

By joining the pilot, you agree that the service starts immediately upon payment and access. You expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under German and EU consumer law (§356 BGB).

6. Booking Requests

• All bookings made through ZeitPass are requests, not guarantees.

• Confirmation is provided by email, usually within 2 hours (when placed within standard working hours of 09:00 to 18:00 hours on weekdays, excluding holidays).

• Once confirmed, a booking counts as used under your plan, whether or not you attend.

• Guest access is included only with Social and Select plans. Each guest counts as an additional use of your plan.

7. Event Providers and Vendor Terms

• ZeitPass is not the organiser of the events or experiences listed.

• All experiences are operated by independent third-party providers.

• The provider’s own Terms & Conditions and cancellation rules apply to your participation. Some events may be marked as “Not cancellable.”

• It is your responsibility to review vendor terms before attending.

8. Cancellation of Bookings

• If a provider cancels: ZeitPass will attempt to rebook you or credit you with another experience.

• If you cancel: A cancellation is only possible if the vendor’s terms allow it. Otherwise, the booking counts as used.

 

9. Feedback

We may ask you to provide feedback on your experience. By submitting feedback (ratings, survey answers, or comments), you grant ZeitPass the right to use it anonymously for improving the service or for marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZeitPass website, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by ZeitPass unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• ZeitPass acts only as an intermediary between members and event providers.

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of third-party experiences.

• Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

• In any case, liability is capped at the amount you paid for your pilot membership.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by intentional acts.

12. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (such as your name, email, phone, quiz responses, booking history) in order to operate the pilot.

Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms during the pilot. The latest version will always be available at https://www.zeitpass.com/terms

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from or related to the pilot will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
